Most projects take 1–2 weeks from the time we receive your content and approval. Complex sites with many pages or integrations may take slightly longer. We'll give you a realistic timeline during our initial consultation.

Full payment is required after you've reviewed and are happy with your demo site. We believe you should see exactly what you're getting before you pay — so we build first, then invoice. Monthly upkeep plans are billed monthly in advance.

We offer ongoing support packages for clients who need regular updates, changes, or new features. Our monthly upkeep plans include minor content updates. For larger changes, we can quote separately — no surprises.

We can work with content you provide, or we can help source stock photography and write copy as an add-on service. The more detail you give us about your business, the better the result — but we're happy to guide you through the content process.
